Using DAYREACH

By using dayreach.co.uk ("DAYREACH", "we", "us" or "the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What DAYREACH provides

DAYREACH is a free information site that provides countdowns and background information for UK bank holidays, school breaks, sporting events and other notable dates. The site is intended to make dates easier to find and understand; it is not an official government, school or event organiser service.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to calculate dates correctly and check scheduled dates against reliable sources. Relevant pages show the source and when it was last checked. Even so, dates can change, source pages can be updated and mistakes can happen. If a date affects travel, work, school or another important plan, please confirm it with the relevant official source before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You may use DAYREACH for lawful personal use. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass normal access controls, overload the service, copy substantial parts of it automatically or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

DAYREACH's original design, text, layout and graphics are protected by copyright. You may share links to the site and quote short passages with appropriate attribution, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site as your own without permission. Event names, organisation names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
